POLICIES

Last minute cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on the ability to serve you and others.

​

In order to reserve an appointment, I  require that you agree to the following cancellation policy:

​

-Clients must provide at least 72 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within this time frame will not receive a fee.

​

-In the event of a cancellation outside of the 72 hour time period, the client is responsible for 50% of the reserved service. 

​

-Same day cancellations the appointment or a no show the client is responsible for 100% of the reserved services. If this happens, please know it is not to penalize you, this is the agreement you are making. To help protect the ability to serve you or other clients. Unexpected events like illness, work emergencies, or travel delays are not exempt but will be taken into consideration.

-Appointment confirmations along with reminder texts and emails are a courtesy. Not receiving these does not make a last minute cancellation or no show exempt from this policy.

-By confirming your service online or over the phone, you agree to these policies.
